Older Adults Counseling

Each stage of life has its blessings and its difficulties. The stages usually don’t have a designated starting point, and sometimes it might be challenging to adjust to the changes that come with growing older in age. Physical and functional changes in the body, illness, life transitions, daily stress, losses, relationship problems, and difficulty associated with caring for a sick loved one, all can affect one’s mental health and lead to anxiety, depression, or other emotional disturbance, decreasing one’s life quality and satisfaction.
