Group Therapy

Attending group therapy could be an effective way to receive psychoeducation, tools, and resources, learn skills, and process feelings, all among other people who understand and face similar challenges. Hearing that someone else has comparable experiences or feelings can help us feel less alone. Humans are intrinsically social creatures, thus sharing in the energy and support of others and feeling the connection and common ground are immensely important, and can accelerate healing and growth. Please speak with your therapist about available group therapy classes and whether these are a good fit for you.
